Enquiries and personal data
The form prepares an email in your email application. The website itself does not send the form data to our server or store it. Processing begins only when you choose to send the prepared email to us.
The email may include your name, phone number, email address, installation location, selected service, project scope, preferred timing, message and any photos you choose to attach.
The purpose is to respond to your enquiry, prepare a technical solution or quotation and take steps before a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps taken at your request. We do not ask for marketing consent for this purpose.

Retention period
We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to communicate with you and handle your request. If a contract is concluded, relevant data may be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards as required by accounting, tax and record-keeping laws.

Recipients of the data
The data may be accessed only by authorised company personnel and necessary email or IT service providers. We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling. The technical processing of your email also depends on the provider you use to send it.
